Associates, has over thirty years of insurance industry experience. Mr. Grady
directs all agency activities and is personally involved with the development
of customized benefit programs for agency clients. He has an extensive
background in the design and delivery of benefits programs for national
carriers, third party administrators, HMOs and multi-state employers.

Dawn DiCello, Vice President of Grady &
Associates, has over thirteen years experience in medical underwriting and
client service. Dawn has worked with both regional and national insurance
carriers. Her knowledge of industry policies and procedures is invaluable in
the implementation and administration of client programs.

Becky Palmer, Grady & Associates
Account Executive, specializes in developing benefits programs for small,
intermediate and large employers. Becky has worked in the Las Vegas insurance
marketplace for eleven years and has played an instrumental role in the design
and implementation of association programs for self-employed and small group
employers throughout the state of Nevada.

Odette Kattak is a Grady & Associates
Account Executive specializing in fully-insured group medical programs, as well
as allied programs for dental, group term life and disability. Odette has
extensive experience with the administration of group programs. She has worked
in both marketing and client service in Nevada for over ten years. Her industry
and market knowledge assists clients in the design of customized solutions to
their benefits issues.

Charlene Szczepanek, Grady & Associates
Manager of Client Services, works with group clients who have 2 to 49
employees, assisting them in resolving issues impacting their employee benefit
plans. She has diverse experience with Commercial, HMO and PPO plans, as well
as self-funded plans. In addition, Charlene has many years of dental management
experience and is very familiar with dental plans and dental benefits. Having
worked in a provider’s office and with insurance carriers, her experience
provides for a better understanding on how to resolve issues quickly and
efficiently.
