G & A Insurance Services helps you to design employee communications and educational tools that assist employees with the self-management of program reimbursements. G & A Insurance Services provides you with the industry knowledge to combine both group and individual voluntary products into a coordinated benefits package. And, G & A Insurance Services can show you new ways to implement key employee programs and provide individual investment direction and advice.

Many of the new high deductible medical programs, combined with Flexible Spending (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts(HRA), provide smaller employers with the capability for partially self-funding their medical benefits. The new Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP) models allow for re-structuring of employee utilization incentives. Internet-based web tools help to transfer accountability for benefit utilization back to the employee. All of these developments require an industry expertise that is beyond the capabilities of most brokers. G & A was founded to provide employers with the requisite expertise to take advantage of these alternatives. Becky Palmer, Grady & Associates Account Executive, specializes in developing benefits programs for small, intermediate and large employers. Becky has worked in the Las Vegas insurance marketplace for eleven years and has played an instrumental role in the design and implementation of association programs for self-employed and small group employers throughout the state of Nevada.
