Employee Benefits Services
Innovative Programs
Grady & Associates can help you to
design a complete program. We specialize in the use of both fully-insured and
partially self-insured funding vehicles to maximize cost-effectiveness to the
employer. We assist with key-man and management-only programs to help attract
and retain highly-compensated executive staff. We also can utilize voluntary
worksite products to help fund employee training and enrollment services. The
following programs and services differentiate G & A from traditional brokers
and consultants:
Employee Communications
Employee communications - Effective programs require effective employee
communication and training. G & A will help you to design a customized
communications strategy to educate your employees and highlight the various
features of their program. G & A has extensive experience with wellness design
features, web tools, consumer-directed programs, etc., as well as the initial
introduction of these programs to employees.
Voluntary Products and Enrollment
Services
G&A, through its sister company, Professional Benefit Enrollment Services
(PBES), helps clients with the design and implementation of voluntary benefits
programs. Individual product offerings are selected to coordinate with the
group design. Employee enrollment in all group and voluntary programs is
managed by PBES. These services are funded by commissions received from the
voluntary products purchased by employees, and are provided free-of-charge to
the employer. PBES can also provide enrollment and employee educational
services for a flat fee in lieu of voluntary product commission.
Executive Compensation & Financial
Services
G & A assists with the design and implementation of executive compensation
programs. Talented management staff can be difficult to locate - and even more
difficult to retain. G & A helps its clients attract quality staff through
implementation of competitive corporate executive programs. G & A further
educates management personnel on program advantages and potential individual
investment enhancements. A G & A investment advisor meets one-on-one with
executives upon request to introduce and explain corporate programs. They help
each individual coordinate corporate benefits with financial programs designed
to meet his or her needs. He remains "on call" to meet with staff as life
situations change or new products become available. The G & A investment
advisor can even conduct corporate seminars to explain various investment
alternatives and/or the intricacies of the corporate executive compensation
package.
Reporting & Program Management
A G & A benefits consultant meets quarterly with all self-funded clients to
review plan performance. Customized executive reporting is prepared to identify
trends and assist with cost management. G & A works directly with carriers and
service providers to make sure all aspects of the program run smoothly and
efficiently. It reviews vendor contracts and monitors performance guidelines
and guarantees. It assists with preparation of plan documents and provides
ongoing review of legislative issues that may affect the program. Benefit
features are reviewed over time and recommendations for modification are
prepared, as required. Fully-insured and self-funded client programs are
marketed on a yearly basis. Professional Requests for Proposal (RFPs) are
prepared and distributed to the market to ensure all clients receive the best,
most cost-effective products and services available. Changes to program design
are coordinated and managed by G&A staff to minimize disruption and maintain
optimal performance.
Consultative Services
G & A benefits consultants monitor industry developments and meet with clients
regularly to explain new product alternatives, legislative issues, etc.
Seminars are arranged with select vendors and service providers to educate
client benefits staff. G & A consultants further perform the necessary research
into issues that affect individual clients. HIPAA Privacy compliance, DOL
appeals requirements, etc., have already been thoroughly investigated by G & A
staff. Consultants work with clients to implement necessary policies and
procedures and administrative requirements.
