programs and provide individual investment direction and advice.
Many of the new high deductible medical programs, combined with Flexible
Spending (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Accounts(HRA), provide smaller
employers with the capability for partially self-funding their medical
benefits. The new Consumer-Directed Health Plan (CDHP) models allow for
re-structuring of employee utilization incentives. Internet-based web tools
help to transfer accountability for benefit utilization back to the employee.

by commission-based voluntary product offerings. All of our arrangements are
designed to the needs of the client. We fully disclose all of our fees, and
will even bid individual projects on a per-hour or per-project basis. Full

John Grady, President of Grady & Associates, has over thirty years of insurance industry experience. Mr. Grady directs all agency activities and is personally involved with the development of customized benefit programs for agency clients. He has an extensive background in the design and delivery of benefits programs for national carriers, third party administrators, HMOs and multi-state employers.
